Lydian Dental (“Lydian”) is a leading dental service organization ‘DSO’ supporting 6+ dental practices in Arizona and Texas.
The partnership got started with membersy analyzing Lydian’s supported practices self-pay patient data and consulting key stakeholders on how to best structure their new membership offering. Once finalized, membersy’s product engineers worked tirelessly to develop the program’s unique features.
Once development was completed, membersy organized an extensive training program for all participating practices. Training was conducted in-person at each practice location and focused on how to effectively use their membership program to attract, service and retain the growing number of self-pay patients. Each participating practice also benefits from ongoing training in the form of monthly support calls from their dedicated support specialist.
Today, membersy provides Lydian with a suite of advanced membership technology, marketing and administrative support services vital to the continued success of Lydian Membership.
