Membersy builds payment tools and subscription infrastructure for the dental industry. We’re helping small startups and the world’s biggest Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) democratize access to quality dental care through subscription-based dentistry. We’re on a mission to reorient the dental industry’s existing payment methodologies by empowering DSOs with the platform they need to engage their communities with innovative payment solutions and competitive, transparent pricing options. We’re looking for a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join the company’s Partner Success team as a Manager, Partner Success. In this role, you will be reporting to membersy’s EVP, Partner Success.


  • Supervise a small team and hold team accountable for defined tasks
  • Drive new enrollment sales growth amongst assigned dental practices
  • Identify sales improvement opportunities within assigned practices
  • Onboard, train, and coach assigned practices on how to effectively use the platform
  • Proactively reach out to assigned practices on a weekly and/or monthly basis
  • Provide practice teams with timely support via inbound support request calls and emails
  • Demonstrate success through KPIs (growth, satisfaction, retention)
  • Accurately maintain and communicate updates on assigned practices with management


  • 3+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong people skills – friendly, empathetic, good listener, and enjoy personal interaction
  • Super prideful in your work and very detail oriented
  • Familiarity with business support tools (Gmail, Salesforce, etc.)

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience working with healthcare and/or dental practice teams
  • Experience with subscription or recurring revenue businesses
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies and processes
  • Bi-lingual (fluent in English and Spanish)
