Our Practice Success Specialist Stephanie Aronson is a key part of that system, so let’s get to know the person behind the process. Stephanie is originally from St. Louis, Missouri and has two adult daughters, Chloe and Riley, and let’s not forget her grand-dog, Zar!
I started in May 2019, and in that short time we have gone from a small office to spacious new digs near downtown Austin. In addition, several new plans were rolled out this past year, plus we recently acquired The CDI Group which increased our partner count to over 4,000 dental practices.
Building relationships with practices is so important. Not only do I want practices to know my name, I want to be their go-to for questions and support. If practices trust that I will be there to support them and listen to their concerns, I know they are more likely to engage in best practices for enrollments. I try to put myself in their place and be considerate of their time and genuinely enjoy the fun, cultural quirks that come with talking to different geographic regions across the country.
I love training and supporting our partner dental offices! It feels really good to be part of a company that is disrupting the status quo and giving people better options to take care of themselves and their families.
I’m actually a great big introvert! While I love talking with people, I need a lot of time alone after long periods of social interaction. I’d much rather be home by myself painting than at a large concert.
Texas Potatoes – At least my that’s what my granny calls them. They have lots of cheese and sour cream. My friends usually request these anytime I’m cooking.
