At membersy, our Member Support Specialists, are the frontline support for our members. As a Member Support Specialist, Isabel Morales ensures that all members are taken care of and provides them with a top-notch membership experience. Isabel is originally from California but was raised in Texas and a couple of her favorite activities includes hiking and yoga.
How long have you been with membersy and how has the company changed in the time you’ve been on board?
I’ve been with the company for over one year and it has grown tremendously since I’ve arrived. The company expansion will not only increase the number of practices and members that we work with but it will also provide growth opportunities within the organization. I am super excited to see what the future holds.
Do you have any tips for providing exceptional member support?
Never take anything personally. People everywhere are experiencing different situations and might be going through difficult times. We pride ourselves in taking care of our members and our partners, so it’s important that we’re kind, courteous, and understanding in any situation we may come across.
In your opinion, what are the most important traits/skills for a Member Support Specialist to have?
Patience and tone. A lot of the time it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. We make sure to speak very clearly on the phone, with an upbeat attitude and good energy.
What is your favorite thing about working at membersy?
Membersy takes care of its employees. I love that everyone’s opinion is heard. No matter who you are or what position you work in, you matter.
What is a fact about you that might surprise your coworkers?
I have this weird obsession with Christmas lights. I use them to decorate everything.
